Intro to Nextflow with Simon Murray

Instructor: Dr. Simon Murray from Genomics England.

This practical session will be an introduction to Nextflow, a powerful computational pipeline constructor, via a demonstration of an introductory Nextflow pipeline and an interactive, guided experience of running through the nf-core RNAseq pipeline.

Students will need a GitHub account prior to attending, and basic command line knowledge would be helpful, but not necessary.
