Speaker: Thakorn Pruktanakul is a PhD student at the School of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine & Sciences at King’s College London, working in bioinformatics for cardiovascular proteomics. His research focuses on computational methods to optimise mass spectrometry–based proteomics data preprocessing and network analysis to better understand the molecular mechanisms underlying cardiovascular disease.
