HAB Data Club: Let’s chat about CellChat

10th December @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Free

The Data Club is an informal forum for biologists and coders to discuss various aspects of cell-to-cell communication using CellChat, accompanied by brief examples for discussion. Our goal is to explore different topics related to cellChat analysis and visualization, with a particular focus on methodology and interpretation challenges.

There may be opportunities for members to present their findings and challenges for further discussion. However, the Data Club will not conduct a CellChat analysis or explain specific code. If you would like to briefly present your findings, please contact the HAB (hab@kcl.ac.uk).

Requirements:
Ideally, members should have completed a single-cell analysis workflow, from QC to UMAP, and have tried CellChat. However, this is not mandatory if you have a strong understanding of single-cell analysis. A laptop is not required—only a willingness to participate in the discussion and contribute to the exchange of knowledge from a variety of experiences.
