Data Club: Making sense of single-cell trajectories; results, tools and methods

19th March @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Free

The Data Club is an informal forum for biologists and coders to discuss various aspects of trajectory analysis, accompanied by brief examples for discussion. Our goal is to explore different topics related to trajectory analysis and visualization, with a particular focus on methodology and interpretation challenges.

There may be opportunities for members to present their findings and challenges for further discussion. However, the Data Club will not conduct trajectory analysis or explain specific code. If you would like to briefly present your findings, please contact the HAB (hab@kcl.ac.uk).

Requirements:
Ideally, members should have completed a single-cell analysis workflow, from QC to UMAP, and have tried at least one trajectory method. However, this is not mandatory if you have a strong understanding of single-cell analysis. A laptop is not required—only a willingness to participate in the discussion and contribute to the exchange of knowledge from a variety of experiences.
