Hub for Applied Bioinformatics
Acknowledgments
The HAB offer tailored bioinformatics support by bringing together expertise including development of custom analysis pipelines, assistance in data interpretation, and other intellectual contributions. HAB support should always be acknowledged, using the acknowledgement text below, in papers to provide visibility both internally and externally. For the HAB to receive continued support from the Faculty of Life Science and Medicine this provides a route to demonstrate success and outputs.
There will be circumstances where the academic contributions of HAB staff require named acknowledgement or authorship on publications. This should be discussed and jointly agreed by the project PI and HAB lead (informed by the CRediT framework) prior to the project commencing.
