Part 2: NGS: ATAC-Seq
** YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE COURSE (PART 1) BEFORE ATTENDING THIS SESSION **
The in-person follow-up workshop for the NGS: ATAC-seq course offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of ATAC-seq data analysis and visualization in a practical, hands-on environment. The online course will cover Quality Control (QC) of BAM files, differential accessibility analysis with DESeq2, and visualization. After completing the online course, you can attend this session to work through advanced exercises, clarify any questions, and receive personalized guidance from the instructor. Time permitting the advanced exercises could include Transcription factor binding site (TFBS) prediction and regulatory element annotation.
Please complete the following requirements before attending this in-person workshop:
- A certificate from the online workshop.
- RStudio and the installation of all the libraries used in the online workshop.
- The RDS obtained from the online workshop.
