
The in-person follow-up session for the NGS: Single-Cell RNA-Sequencing Analysis course offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of single-cell data analysis in a practical, hands-on environment. After completing the online course, you can attend this session to work through advanced exercises, clarify any questions, and receive personalized guidance from the instructor.

This workshop is a follow-up session from the online Innovations Scholar Workshop. The online workshop *must* be completed before coming to this in-person workshop. We will use the objects produced from the online workshop and other single-cell datasets to expand on the important aspects of single-cell analysis, discuss decision-making steps along the analysis pipeline, visualise the data differently, and perform additional analysis. Due to time constraints, we are limited to tools that are implemented in R and that run reasonably fast. But where relevant, case studies could be shown and discussed. By the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to independently conduct and critically analyse data from scRNA-seq experiments
